Delivery Locations

Royal Textiles Company makes free deliveries, and within Australia only, with no additional shipping costs.

Processing your order

You will receive an email confirmation on your email address when you place your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

Moreover, we are more than happy to write instructions as instructed. Also, if you choose to have your order left if you are not at home, the responsibility is yours but contact us immediately to discuss.

Additionally, delivery is between Monday and Friday unless the delivery method for some reason chooses to deliver on a weekend.

Tracking Orders

All orders automatically have tracking, you will receive an email from the courier service with tracking details. However, if your order has not arrived, please contact our customer service department for the assistance of tracking at: [email protected].

Delivery times

Our processing time is 1 business day as we endeavor to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on the location it is 2-4 business days.

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. Also, if you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. As, we will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition.

Prices and Payment

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars. Also, prices are subject to change without notice.

Refunds and Returns

If you make an error when ordering online, Royal Textiles Company will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be in its original saleable condition.
